Salon & Spa Policies

Appointment Day
We value our reputation as a salon and spa that provides you with excellence in technical services and a place where we have created a caring and nurturing environment. Please do not hesitate to notify you technician if you need any assistance or have any questions.

Appointments
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment and at least 15 minutes prior to your hair and nail care appointment. Guests who arrive late will be charged in full unfortunately, we will not be able to make up the lost time.

NOTE: For Your Special Day Ð Wedding, Proms, etc. Ð 2 months advanced notice is recommended for booking appointments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve Your Special Day.

Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. You appointment is a commitment of the therapistâs time. Cancellation will result in t e full service price or forfeit of your gift certificate. Please be courteous.

Personal Property
Please keep valuables with you all times, Dejon, Celine & Christopher Salon and Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Quiet Environment
Please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers are not permitted in spa area.

Children Under 12
We are unable to render services to guests accompanied by children. Children receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.
