Our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners
At DeJon Aesthetics & Wellness Center, our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners provide medical leadership, advanced aesthetic care, and clinical oversight for our aesthetic and wellness services.
Melissa Staricka, BSN, MN, NP-BC, serves as the Director of Aesthetics at DeJon Aesthetics & Wellness Center. She leads the medical aesthetics program, oversees clinical protocols, and works closely with the entire aesthetics team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and results.
Her focus includes advanced aesthetic treatments, patient evaluations, and medical oversight across all aesthetic services.
Olivia Navarrete, MSN, NP, is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who works collaboratively within the medical aesthetics team, delivering patient-centered care while following established clinical protocols.
She brings strong clinical experience from hospital and outpatient settings and applies a thoughtful, safety-driven approach to aesthetic treatments.
Our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners provide and oversee a wide range of advanced medical aesthetic services, including injectable treatments, laser and energy-based procedures, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation therapies.
They perform detailed consultations, assess medical history and skin health, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s goals and overall wellness.
