At DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center, we offer LED Light Therapy using the PlatinumLED® BIOMAX 900 Generation system, a professional multi-wavelength light therapy device designed to deliver targeted light energy to the skin.
This system utilizes a combination of red light, near-infrared (NIR) light, and blue light
wavelengths, each of which may support different aspects of skin health and wellness.
At DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center, LED therapy may be performed as a stand-alone service or incorporated as a supportive add-on to many aesthetic treatments.
We have incorporated LED light therapy into our treatment protocols for years and frequently
use it following services such as:
• Facials
• Laser treatments
• Microneedling
• Select chemical peels
LED therapy may also be scheduled as a stand-alone session for clients who wish to receive
light therapy treatments on their own.
Sessions typically last 15–30 minutes, depending on the service and treatment plan.
When used following aesthetic procedures, LED therapy may be paired with calming skincare
products or restorative masks, allowing the skin to rest comfortably while receiving light
exposure.
What Is LED Light Therapy?
LED Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of visible and near-infrared light that fall
within what researchers often refer to as the “therapeutic window.”
These wavelengths may penetrate the skin at different depths and are believed to interact with
normal biological processes within skin cells and surrounding tissue.
LED therapy is commonly used in aesthetic environments to support skin appearance, comfort
