Cancellation Policy
DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center
(also known as DeJon Aesthetics & Wellness Center)
At DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center, your appointment time is reserved
especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled late or missed,
we lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client or patient on our waitlist.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness, respect for our providers’ time, and
the highest level of service for all guests.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment
cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled
appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.
Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
The following fees may apply:
Late Cancellation (within 48 hours): up to 50% of the reserved service amount
Same-Day Cancellation: up to 50% of the reserved service amount
No-Show (missed appointment without notice): up to 50% of
the reserved service amount
These fees apply to all salon, aesthetic, wellness, and medical aesthetic
services, including consultations.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please call
or text us as soon as possible.
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time
may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as
a late cancellation, depending on provider availability.
Late arrival fees may apply if we are unable to perform the service.
Deposits & Prepaid Services
Some services require a deposit or prepayment to hold your appointment.
Deposits are credited toward your service when completed.
Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is cancelled late, missed, or
if the service is not completed as scheduled.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that true emergencies can occur. Special circumstances may
be reviewed at management’s discretion. This policy exists to protect the business
and our providers and is applied fairly and consistently.
Right to Refuse Service
DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center reserves the right to refuse, discontinue,
or reschedule services at any time, as permitted by law, including but not limited
to safety concerns, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.
Acknowledgment of Policy
By booking an appointment, requesting services, or receiving treatment at
DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center, you acknowledge that you have read,
understand, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

The following cancellation and no-show policies apply only to medical aesthetic appointments scheduled withMelissa Staricka, BSN, MN, NP-BC — Director of Aesthetics.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur.
However, missed medical appointments prevent other patients from receiving care.
•Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $100.00
•No-Show Fee: $150.00
A “no-show” is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible
.•Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time
may require the appointment to be rescheduled
•Late arrivals may be treated as a same-day cancellation,
depending on provider availability
How to Cancel a Medical Aesthetics Appointment
To cancel or reschedule a medical aesthetics appointment, please follow the instructions provided at the time of booking or confirmation. Appointment reminders and communication are provided as a courtesy and do not replace the client’s responsibility to attend or cancel properly.
Other Medical Providers
Other medical providers, nurses, or technicians practicing at DeJon Salon & Aesthetics Center may maintain their own consultation and cancellation policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
